Turf Removal
Water LA always removes turf before implementing strategies. If grass and weeds are not removed ahead–of–time, they are likely to negatively affect landscapes in the future. Some types of grass, like Bermuda grass, are nearly impossible to remove because they establish deep roots and are very pernicious.
